What they mean is daggers areompletely gimped by resiliee now bause all dagger sps are highlyrit reliant. With the abundae of resiliee gear that is easy enough to get daggers wont have mh use unless theyhange some game mhan. Until that day however daggers will have no use in pvp. Trust me I tried to use them in every fet of play until 70 by 60 Iouldnt stand it any longer. They justantompete nowadays.
