Intensity is really point for point a better mana regen talent, espially with the uominghanges its reiving in 3.1. It will behanged to 50% mana regeneration whileasting up from 30%.
But if mana regen is a problem, take those last 4 points and put them into Dreamstate and the other point in wherever.
